Personal Messages, Inboxes and Sent Boxes

Gents,

So it seems that we only have a tiny storage capacity for personal messages. Since the forum re-launched I've had several back channel conversations with you guys and it took NO TIME AT ALL for my Inbox to reach 96% full. So I had to purge. For those of you using the PM function, remember to clean out your inbox and your sent items, from time to time, or you may not get personal messages. How full your Inbox and Sent box currently is, is indicated at the top of the PM Inbox and Sent screens.

Had no idea, just saw I was 69% full (nice). Seems we're a bit chatty!

I was going to warn you about that. Our conversations filled up my "Sent" box pretty quick.

Not too impressed with the limited storage.

Sometimes I see the same message in the box twice. I don't know how that happens.

I've noticed a few glitchy things like that on Forumotion. Maybe it's just the code "settling in".

I've just been doing some forum tweaks and noticed that the pre-set message amount for Inbox, Sent Box and Outbox were set at 50. The max was 200, so I changed the pre-set. Should be able to go awhile now without having to prune your messages.
