Downloaded your file, scaled it down to 1/100 and had a go at printing it. It came out pretty good all in all. The print looked a bit big, so I looked at a lot of photos, still it seemed off to me. I then looked for some measurements without much luck, but did consult your source, cranked the numbers, and measured my print, not perfect but close enough that you wouldn't really notice the difference. So either the data given for the Otter on Tanks-encyclopedia is incorrect or its my perception....
Once cleaned up and painted it will look great on the table.

That is great. I envy you to have such tool to produce your material at will! A very good investment. I like these models.
