I spotted this on Facebook and thought someone may be interested....

Jack Faragasso, who illustrated many paperback covers, is selling off some of the artwork he did. US$1,000 per painting.

Most of the paintings are from hard-boiled detective novels, but there's also this one. It's an oil painting on board:
