The US didn't see much more VCs than what we see in these pics.

The VC player was surprised by the amount of Firepower that the GIs could deliver. Apart of their 2 snipers, the rest of them crawled down to the jungle for disapearing.

I must say that the US had a pretty good day as the Engineering team pretty quicly cleared out the minefields and they easily managed to tow out the M113 which fell in the gully.

Now we are looking for another ruleset as we liked this one but we don't have enough minis to play appropriate scenarios.

Sounds like a game that had a lot of good tension. For the troops that would be the proverbial 95% boredom and 5% utter terror that seemed embody duty in Vietnam.
