My latest scenery purchase arrived today direct from my Chicom friends.

Bamboo. 100 pieces roughly 90 mm long for USD$8 including postage.

That's a heck of a deal. Way better than making them by hand.
Do your friends have an online shop or anything? Would like to take advantage of that price-point if I can!

There's also some sellers on eBay. I got quite a bundle last year. Originally for my samurai project but definitely usable for Nam.

This is how mine turned out. Painstaking, but worth the effort.

Thanks much guys! I made some of my own using floral wire and clump foliage. I liked the result, but it was darn pokey and the clump stuff didn't want to stay. Tedious doesn't even begin to cover it!

I did that too Darby. The plastic looks better and is so much easier. I think I got rid of my homemade bamboo.
