Mangrove proof of concept
Saw this over on TWW. Cacique Caribe has done a "proof of concept" for mangroves, and I think they really look the part. Now we can all give the Rung Sat and some Riverine stuff a real go!

Re: Mangrove proof of concept
Mangroves like those only mean one thing to us Aussies, 15 foot long, 300 pound, 100 year old man eating crocodiles, and lots of them!
I was lucky enough, if lucky is the word, as a young bloke to see just such a crocodile take down a 1/2 ton water buffalo that had decided to have a drink at the waters edge, they are just killing machines. Over a short distance, 10 yards or so, they can out run a human, shit they can move!
The simple days of cattle droving in the Queensland gulf country as a young boy, seems eon's ago,! Oh it was!

That didn't turn out too bad Thomas. Something like that could have saved Dan alot of time. I've seen that hut before too, but it's a tiny little thing and I didn't figure that would work for Nam.

Todd,
Having been in the Vietnam mountains to see Montagnard huts I actually think this would work quite nicely for that environment.
