Going through my old Fields of Fire back up discs, I came across some pics someone had posted aeons ago over at The Miniatures Page of some sculpts that Mike Owen from Artizan did for a range of Vietnam, that never reached fruition. Still interesting for posterity's sake.

Not the best quality pics, but you get the idea.

Wow.

Never even knew these existed. I wonder what happened to them? Do you know what company they were for B6?

I think, from what I remember from the guy who posted about them, is that they were going to be an Artizan release.

@Ray

I have some pics of a DZ helicopter crew in what they were touting as "1/48 scale" that never materialized. I should post those too. It was pretty cool. Sad it never got released.

I remember the DZ figures. If I remember correctly they came out to compliment the Corgi range of 1/48 Vietnam die casts.

Achenson Creations also has a bunch of VN 28's that never went into production. I believe he may have sold them off already. Great sculpts, but a few odd choices of pose.
