I came across this ancient topic over at Lead Adventure Forum. Some amazing brushwork done on these! notworthy  Looks like the photos were a victim of the Photobucket fiasco, but you can still see the pics.

Never could stand the mugs on these figures, they always look so grumpy and cartoonish., Great paint jobs though, wow!.

For me that was the initial attraction! Laughing I guess that would explain why I love Jim Bowen's sculpting style for Graven Images and for Chiltern. Thick, chunky, cartoony......perfect!

I agree with Darby. The weapons are bit oversized to me. I recently read that is purposefully done on many 28s.

Of course, that adds to the cartoonish aspect. I prefer realistic. Just my tastes.
