28mm LVTP-5 free STL file
Hello,
When I discover LVTP-5 amtrac, I told me: I need some for my collection. But none existed in 28mm scale. So I designed one in 3D (1:50 scale) and got the opportunity to have two printed.
If you are interested, you could find the free STL file on my post on LAF here ( LVTP-5 STL ).
Of course it was before Butler's Printed Models released such vehicles (with many cool variants) in his catalog in different scales. But if you already have a 3D printer...
Here are some pictures of it:
Regards,

Wow Richard, you did an amazing job with that!!
The stowage really adds to the kit. I was not a fan of alot of 3D stuff I've seen posted recently, and certainly not a fan of Butler. But what you've done with this kit is incredible. You even added a "climb up rope"!

That's some awesome work. Well done. If only I had a 3d printer... hmmm....

Thanks guys. It is true there are some hours spent on it... but as it is for a display diorama... Anyway I made in the past many 20mm tanks and event on 15mm, I am convinced that only some extra bits and some pigments would bring satisfaction. Concerning printed models, I am not 100% convinced too. I prefer cast models at the end.
