It's done by James Johnson who is clearly an expert on things Vietnam and Indochina ....

The Valor & Victory game is a PnP board game for free (see BoardGameGeek.com) and or purchase. It's a great game (40 pg rule set) and I highly recommend it as an alternate to ASL which has 400+ pages of rules (too much IMHO). There is also a Vassal module for V&V for us folks that are afraid to
stray out in these pandemic days.
