There's something a little bit different about the fields in North Vietnam and these aerial photos capture it well.

That is a really useful picture. I have just started on some paddy fields but going for the dried out and neglected look that Nolan describes in his book Op Buffalo. Tempted by those ploughed fields though.

I've been making various fields and patties for 3mm. Some have come out basic, but look good and are very modular, others not so much...
