Rod's Vietnam in 28mm

Here's the start of my jump back into Vietnam wargaming... it's been a while!  Really digging these figures from Empress.

Beautiful. The question of USMC flak vest color came up recently. I know nothing about that, but your flak vests are very close to what my color in the Army was. A bit darker, but very close to yours.

Thanks all. Probably got the lighting a little to bright and washed out some of the color depth.

That was my question. I plan to do a bit of variation.

Here's 3 more I knocked out yesterday.  I've come to face the fact that I'm just a lazy photographer, so please excuse the quality of the photos.

Shit, those are great man! Compared to you, I'm a slooooow painter. Like molasses in January slow.

3 more riflemen done.  This time I'm just tossing in a group shot.  This is all the USMC from my initial order from Empress.  I have some thumpers, 60's, and RTOs on the way.  And some NVA.
